Each item is carefully checked for quality before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used items are unable to be returned or exchanged. Make sure to carefully read and follow the Candle Care Tips on the product pages, and the Burning Instructions on the bottom of each candle. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via email with a photo of the damage for a replacement. If you receive an item that you dislike, please contact us via the form below for other return/exchange options.
